Engineering Intern
The Engineering Intern will be responsible for the development and implementation of a BOH storage capacity calculator and will perform a detailed time motion analysis on new menu items introduced at Panera within the past two years. This person will also be responsible for:
-Reviewing and updating OPS focus documents for Fall and Winter Celebrations
-Durability and corrective accelerated life cycle testing on an refrigeration unit
-Completing schematics for celebration roll-out materials
Basic Qualifications:
Industrial or Mechanical Engineering degree preferred
