Product Management Intern

What You’ll Get to Do:
Assist product managers in day to day activities and projects. Draft, edit and review product documentation, — specifications, brochures, catalogs – may create sales training materials and expand website resources to streamline product support.
Technical Writing (30%)
- Work with production engineering to create design guides.
- Draft and improve new and existing product documentation — specifications, brochures, catalogs, block diagrams, and others.
Technical Support (30%)
- May assist in addressing engineering inquires and compliance issues
- Update product reference master
- Assist in the development of technical training materials for both sales staff and customers
Reports (40%)
- May assist management in the preparation of reports on product and sales
- May assist in the research of market, competition and customer information.
- May assist in project management of specific project.

What You’ll Get to Do:
To work closely with the Marketing Manager and assist with marketing activities that is aligned with the division’s strategic direction.
- Assist with composing baseline content for digital marketing programs (ad copy, images, ad calendar, tracking, reporting)
- Learn and create user manuals for various key marketing tools such as CRM, website updates, literature portal, etc.
- Assess and outline process for New Product Introduction (NPI) and co-op participation
- Establish a system of reports and communications for all sales leads from marketing programs
- Organize/ track promotion programs and trade shows events.
- Clean up and organize network marketing files
