The P&G SuccessWay Co-op Program is a corporate program that offers best-in-class, paid administrative cooperative experiences. Co-ops have the opportunity to add value to the Company from day one with impactful work objectives. There are opportunities to network and collaborate with other professionals in the Cincinnati area. Co-ops will gain exposure to different types of work and the P&G culture.
WHO IS A FIT FOR P&G’S SUCCESSWAY CO-OP PROGRAM?
A P&G SuccessWay Co-op is a student working toward the completion of an associate or bachelor’s degree who …
- Must be in good academic standing
- Agrees to complete at least two 20-week sessions before graduation
- Commits to working 40 hours per week during each session
- Gains exposure to challenging administrative work in various corporate areas
- Has a declared major in:
Business (Accounting, Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration, etc.)
General Studies (Communications, History, Liberal Arts, Organizational Leadership, etc.)
