The Deutsche Bank Internship Programme spans a wide range of locations and career paths. Whether your interests lie in investment banking, asset management, technology, human resources and risk management or another of our many options, an internship with us prepares you for success in an international banking environment. It could also serve as your introduction to a thriving and lasting career. Because our internships are a rich source of talent for the Deutsche Bank Graduate Training Programme, yours could also launch a long-term career with us.

Your training

It all starts with an introduction to the world of Deutsche Bank and the technical and soft skills you’ll need to make an impact. Your training will continue as you work on live projects, learning first-hand how we deliver for our clients. Throughout your time with us you’ll be able to network widely with exceptionally talented colleagues on activities such as community action teamwork days, and hear from senior leadership through our speaker series. You’ll be able to excel in our friendly, supportive culture where people are open and approachable. In return for your hard work and commitment, you’ll be rewarded with a competitive salary and benefits package that recognises your contribution.

What you’ll bring

Working with some of the brightest minds in the industry, you’ll need an excellent academic record (expect to attain a 2:1 or equivalent) in your chosen discipline. However, it’s your character and wider skill set that will really help you to stand out. We want original, collaborative, passionate people ready to challenge and adapt. People who are open to new ideas, eager to learn and keen to explore their long-term career options. Full of imagination, with a love of solving problems, you respond positively to challenges. You see the big picture too, without losing sight of the detail, and have the confidence to lead the way. What’s more, you’re passionate about building a career in global banking, and have a deep interest in your chosen field.
Fluent English is essential, whilst additional language skills are beneficial for some divisions.
