Summer Internship Program
Internships are offered during the summer at our Chico’s FAS, Inc. world headquarters (the National Store Support Center) in Fort Myers, Florida. During the 10-week paid internship program, students enjoy the unique opportunity to apply formal coursework in a career setting and gain greater insight into the many roles of professionals within the fashion retail industry. Interns also become familiar with the overall Chico’s FAS, Inc. business, operations, and assist with company projects. Students, from universities and colleges around the country, pursuing a wide range of disciplines relating to retail make up each Internship Program group.

- Product Development
- Global Sourcing
- Finance
- Merchandising
- Design
- Technology
Summer Internship Program Highlights
- Leadership skills training and cross-functional learning opportunities
- Immersion into day-to-day functions and responsibilities of a specific team
- Presentations to company executives and interactions with senior leaders

- Potential full-time offer at the end of the summer (must be rising college senior and have exhibited high performance during internship)
Summer Internship Program Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, with coursework relevant to specific function and role of internship opportunity; rising college seniors preferred
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- Previous internship or work experience; retail experience preferred
