Our graduate and undergraduate Summer Internship Programs are designed to ensure interns gain valuable industry and functional experience, work on challenging assignments, and network with Bristol-Myers Squibb employees, while learning about our company.
The program features:
- One 10- to 12-week assignment within a business team; typically June to mid-August
- An orientation, including an overview of company structure, products and brands
- Exposure to senior management and business leaders
- An opportunity to work on “live” projects, with a formal presentation at the conclusion of your internship
- A mentor program
- Mid- and end-of-summer performance review sessions
- A community service event
