Actuarial
Actuarial internship program combines hands-on learning with exposure to all areas of business. Interns are assigned mentors to guide them through their experiences at Pacific Life. Students gain real-world experience in actuarial principles and work among our talented staff. Internships exist in Life Insurance, Retirement Solutions and Enterprise Risk Management, with focus areas such as product pricing, valuation and risk management.
Investments
An Investments intern supports the investment analytics department in generating reports and analysis to assist in the oversight of investment portfolios. Strong technical backgrounds and knowledge of investments are required.
Information Technology
Information technology students will work on a number of platforms and a variety of projects in areas such as: data management, systems analysis, application development, storage/capacity utilization and management, and trend analysis and research.
