We recruit students from all over the country for internships at five of our U.S. facilities. Each internship is approximately three months long and is based on positions the company has available. Credit for completed assignments may also be available; those details must be coordinated between the student, the school, and Micron’s Academic Program Manager.

As an intern at Micron, you’ll have the opportunity to work beside some of the technology industry’s finest, most respected professionals on a day-to-day basis. You’ll gain experience working on real-time projects in vital departments, such as Research and Development, Fabrication/Process, Product Engineering, Firmware Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Information Systems. Corporate Facilities Workshop Development Intern

Intern will be developing eLearning to deliver software, safety, and business process training for facilities and EHS personnel and other large audiences at Micron.

  • Identify training business purpose, goals, objectives, and activities
  • Determine types of eLearning and delivery requirements
  • Benchmark to determine best-in-class technologies and methodologies
  • Develop online training materials
  • Develop learning assessments

Must have basic knowledge of instructional design principles
Must have fluency in using MS Word and PowerPoint
Must have good written English skills including grammar and punctuation
Editing and proofreading skills desirable
Excel, Camtasia, Snag-it, and Captivate experience desirable
Travel, foreign language, and intercultural communication skills desirable
Video editing and graphic design experience desirable

This internship will be for the Spring/Summer of 2018
