Job Description
Staff Counsel is seeking a 2nd year law student, who is currently enrolled in a J.D. program, to work part time (15-20 hours per week) in the Marlton, NJ office. The successful candidate must remain enrolled in a J.D. program to continue in the position.
Job duties include, but are not limited to, legal research, drafting pleadings and correspondence, as well as, memoranda and motions under the supervision of an attorney for multiple civil litigation projects. Candidates must have excellent research and writing skills and provide a writing sample, along with a current resume.
