Summer Internship Program
Thank you for your interest in our Internship Program.
The Boscov’s 2016 Summer Intern selection has been completed. We will begin recruiting and processing resumes in September for the Summer of 2017.
Store Management Internship Program offers students an opportunity to acquire first-hand experience in store operations, which include: customer service, human resources, inventory control, store merchandising, public relations, logistics and selling. Students also can gain exposure to visual merchandising and other facets of retail operations. Internships provide valuable knowledge that can be leveraged for future education or career resume building. It’s a great way to evaluate retail as a future career.
Work Schedule
- Hourly Paid Positions
- 30-40 hrs. weekly, some evenings and weekends
- 10-12 weeks

Special Project
Interns will be assigned a special project to enhance their learning experience, as well as to provide the company with additional insight.

Requirements:
Students must have completed at least three years of a four-year college program prior to participating in our internship program.
- Academic achievement – Overall GPA 3.0 or higher
- A strong desire to learn, participate in and enjoy the many aspects of the department store world.
