Accenture offers paid summer undergraduate and MBA internships in various locations around the United States.

The majority of our undergraduate intern roles are within our consulting business, supporting technology, management consulting, strategy and industry. Interns participate in a variety of roles, including those of an actual full-time analyst.

MBA interns work with Accenture Strategy and in management consulting, fulfilling the roles and responsibilities of full-time consultant.

How to Apply Intern at Accenture

The majority of our internship roles are available for students who have completed their junior year of undergraduate study or first year of an MBA. Undergraduate members of the Accenture Student Empowerment Program who have completed their sophomore year of study may also be eligible to apply for an internship.

We look for students that demonstrate leadership, strong academic performance, motivation and involvement on campus, and an interest in a consulting career.
