Valvoline is seeking a Summer Intern – Scientist to join our team
Our Summer Internship Program will be approximately 10 weeks in length beginning May 15, 2017 through July 21, 2017, however, flexible schedules are available.
Responsibilities:
- Characterization of coolant samples using HPLC, ICP, pH probe, titration, IC, LC, GC, densitometer, refractometer, UV-Vis, and Karl Fisher.
- Data entry into QC software.
- Aid in updating documentation for upcoming ISO 9001 recertification.
- Participate in special projects in the lab.
*This position is located in Lexington, KY.
Qualifications:
- Science Major required.
- Must be a current student.
- At least one year of laboratory experience required.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA required.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
